In this Friday’s PCT Grand Rounds, Dr. Emily McDonald of McGill University will present “Results of the MedSafer Study: Electronic Decision Support for Deprescribing in Hospitalized Older Adults.” The Grand Rounds session will be held on Friday, June 3, 2022, at 1:00 pm eastern.
The MedSafer study was a cluster randomized clinical trial evaluating the effects of an electronic deprescribing decision support tool on adverse drug events after hospital discharge among older adults with polypharmacy.
