Description

Pilot testing improves the likelihood of a successful trial and is an opportunity to maximize acceptability, maintain affordability, and consider scalability. The pilot phase is the time to establish partnerships with healthcare systems leaders, test and validate electronic health record data, identify local champions, and assess how well the intervention can be incorporated into workflow.
